With our SMS (Sample Match Service) we guarantee the exact chosen colour. We send you 2 A5 sized samples, one for you and another for your customer, and we keep a 3rd one so we can certify the colour match.
We offer 2 free services for each order. It includes shipping and handling.You can also send us a physical sample of the colour you want and we will adjust the pigments to match it as close as possible. The colour matching maybe charged and includes shipping and handling. After it has been approved it is added to our records and is considered a standard colour.
Colour Range :Colours have been broken down into 4 ranges.
White, Black, Light, and Dark. White is our standard white, and does not include Off-Whites. Off-Whites are included in the Light colour range. Black is our standard Black and does not include Off-Blacks.
Colours are considered Light when the Blackness and Chromaticness according to NCS sum up to equal or less then 20. For example NCS colour code 1005 Y20R sums up 15, so it’s a Light colour. Colours that sum up a higher number than 20 are Dark.
